Returns

Eligibility

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
  • The product must be in new, unused condition
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories included
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@hardwarewallet.one with your order number
  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  3. Use the prepaid return label included in your package
  4. Ship the package using the provided return label

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 3 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are issued to the wallet address you provide.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Please include photos of the defect and your order number.
