From late 19th/early 20th century England. 9" diameter. Condition: no chips or cracks. Beautiful condition overall. One plate has "smudges" in the painted red rim. This is a vintage item. As such, it has likely been used at one point in time (some pieces are very old!) and will exhibit signs of wear.
