This Folding Sofa provides a chic and convenient way for up to three people to relax at your campsite or backyard. The striped design references a traditional Basque pattern, discovered by British designer Jasper Morrison in a vintage fabric at a flea market. The sofa folds up for easy transport and storage and is crafted from durable 100% recycled polyester, FSC-certified beech wood and steel. It also includes a matching 100% recycled polyester bag with carry handles. Both Jasper Morrison and the manufacturer HAY are represented in MoMA’s collection. When unfolded, sofa measures 27h x 46w x 24”d. Max. weight capacity 242 lbs. Pillow cushion sold separately. Always remove stains quickly to prevent permanent damage to the furniture. Wipe with a clean cloth wrung out in lukewarm water. Wipe off the furniture if it becomes wet after rain or snowfall, as this can damage the surface over time. Store in bag once dry. Keep away from fire. Please be aware that the product will naturally be affected by the surrounding environment, and some discolouration is to be expected. Color may fade when placed in direct sunlight. Avoid improper use, such as sitting on the back or armrests, tilting the seats on their back legs, putting your feet on the furniture, or standing on it. Be careful when unfolding and folding to avoid any injuries. Be careful not to scratch or damage the surface with sharp objects. Avoid partially covering the surface, for example with cushions, as colour variances may appear. Direct placement near a seafront may lead to corrosion by the salt air.
